About Reentry
Community Reentry Projects provide supportive services, information referrals and mentor pairing for individuals re-entering communities from incarceration.
Providing these supportive services gives these individuals hope and guidance for a brighter future and better tomorrow.
There are two programs available for someone returning to the community from incarceration:
1. Community Coach Program
This program matches a trained volunteer mentor with a reentry participant. The Community Coach assists with providing hope, support, guidance, encouragement, and resources to their participant with the goal of helping the participant successfully reintegration into the community.

2. Independent Referral Program
This program helps provide referrals to organizations that have shown an interest in helping people who have previously been incarcerated. This is a self-driven program with support and resources provided by Project staff.
